The technicians were very friendly and worked from start to finish to complete the project in a timely manner. It was a good experience and I love my new units. "The service went well. I got a good deal on the units. The installation was complicated, but went very well. They were really good about accommodating my needs for the installation. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they are extremely vigilant about their money. In order to pay with a credit card, they said I needed to pay 2-3 days before the installation so that the payment would process before the installation took place. I agreed to pay them with a check after the installation was done. The installation took until around 5:30, but the salesman showed up at around 3:30 asking for the check."

We had hire the service company to do a complete service on the unit on June 23,2022. I would recommend Freedom Heating and Air to anyone needing service.
