He confirmed that the roofers' work was excellent and that while eventually our cap will need to be replaced it isn't the source of the water and identified a ventilation vent as the likely source of the water. "I hired Homeland Renovations to do the majority of the renovations on a rental property that needed some serious TLC. Bryan took on a number of projects that ranged from deck repairs, removing walls, plumbing/electrical, carpentry, etc. I was impressed with the quality of their work and communication during the course of the project. The scope of the renovation was fairly large and there were bound to be issues that popped up along the way.
