We also were quoted for a flat fee, all materials and labor included. But in the end we had asked Shellyâ s team to complete a few additional tasks, such as putting on door knobs and installing a ceiling fan, adding a towel bar and framing small tiles around a cabinet - she didnâ t even charge us for an extra day of work!! "I had a very good experience with them. I think they did a wonderful job, but I haven't actually seen the carpet. They seemed very professional and very good and did everything exactly on time like they said they would. 

I would have to give them an A but then again I haven't seen the carpet. They are very easy to work with, they showed up when they said they would, if not a little early. They were cooperative, businesslike and quick. 

Considering they picked up and dropped off, I was very pleased with the price. I'm assuming they did a good job since I haven't seen it so I can't grade the quality yet."

I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman.
