"My heat pump system went down over 2 months ago and my home warranty company referred Mektek Mechanical. Jorge came out the following day to look at the system. He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

"Great communication, has a motor go out instead of paying full price he had on at his house charge half price what a new one. Did charge to come look at the problem fixed it unless then a hour. I highly recommend he be your first call for Central air and heat problems."

"Purchased the unit around 7.5 years ago. It had three soils go bad in the last two years. I had purchased their 10 year warranty at the time the unit was installed. The unit was serviced for the first few years, Now they say I am out of labor. They quoted $5,600 to repair the coil. They said the part was covered just the labor was the cost. I would have to have my head examined If I were to put $5.600.00 in an eightyear old unit. They quoted me a new unit at $13,500. This is basically a 7-8.5k typical cost area. They would not discuss their refusal to service my un it until I accepeted their $5,600 quote. They left me no choice but to move on to a new supplier. I would not reccomend them."

They even helped me bring heavy garbage bins full of grass dirt and branch debris from the backyard to the front. Also changed a light switch at no extra charge. "We used this company to have a completely new a/c unit and thermostat installed in fall of 2018. They were more than helpful at the time and so we called them for a return visit as our unit had been abruptly shutting off upwards of 30 times per day. They were prompt to send a technician out however that was where the professionalism met. Mike, the tech was at the house for an hour, could not diagnose the problem, and basically told us "that he had been there for an hour and he has other calls to make" he slammed the door in our faces when we questioned his inability to diagnose the problem and what our next steps would be. We ended up calling a different company recommended by the manufacturer of the A/C unit that was installed, that service call was cheaper, and he was able to diagnose and fix the problem and A/C has been running with no problems since."

"The service provided was above and beyond my expectation. I had a bathroom exhaust fan installed which required cutting holes in the drywall/ceiling and drilling holes through the concrete wall to vent the exhaust fan. He provided excellent and professional service and consultation. There were many instances where he could have charge me a lot more but he honestly informed me if it was required or could wait. I would DEFINITELY hire him again and HIGHLY recommend his services."

"Sherif the (Owner) is a scam artist, i used to work for him and have seen him deliberately cause problems in people’s air conditioning systems so he could collect money when the customer would call later on about the problem. He told me he does that kind of thing right to my face as i was working on a compressor. He installed my parents unit as well and never topped the system off leaving it with half the amount of freon intentionally hoping my poor elderly parents would call for a service call and spend 100s of dollars to add freon. luckily i was there and have an epa license and went and spent 400$ to get a jug of R410A to top off there system so the house would cool properly i have seen him time and time again add problems to systems that were unnecessary just to make more money and leave people with problems with there units. I witnessed this all first hand. Please never trust this outfit. Sherif comes across as a very nice guy but in reality is the worst type of contractor trying to scam elderly and all types of age people out of money. Please take my advice"
