"We contacted Matthew Roberts, Inc. to provide a quote on replacing the heat pump at our home. They had been referred to us by friends who recently had a new system installed by them. Luke was very flexible with scheduling the initial visit and was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He wasn't a typical Salesman. I could tell after only a few questions that he was someone who knew how to install these systems. We ended up selecting Matthew Roberts, Inc to perform the installation based upon our evaluation of all competitive bids. Our final decision was influenced by a number of factors, including their competitive position, positive referral, the ability to start within 2 days, and our impression of their company based on the first meeting with Luke. Cory and Garrett showed up on time the first day to install our first unit downstairs. They worked nonstop that day and we were back to cool by dinner time. They were professional, meticulous, and left our space clean and tidy. Cory and Tim showed up on time the second day to install our second unit upstairs. Once again, we were back up and running by dinner time. Our space was undisturbed and all evidence of the construction project removed. Good crews. Behind the scenes, Eileen worked with my wife on scheduling and ordering. She was on top of everything and even came to our house to have us sign the paperwork the day before the work started. After the dust settled and we had time to let the systems settle in, Luke followed up and came out to take care of some loose ends and check everything out. Mr. Roberts even made an appearance to thank us for the business. You're welcome, you and your team earned it. "I had an excellent experience with Certified Climate Control. The last day I had my roof replaced, my a/c stopped cooling and was blowing hot air. The technician that arrived was Garey. He was excellent and extremely professional and performed various analysis to determine the problem. It was raining outside and Garey was careful to wear protective cover around his shoes so that he would not wet or dirty our floors. He always explained and communicated clearly what he was going to do next and the cost. He also communicated clearly any fees associated with the repair. Garey was patient in explaining to me the issues he encountered and he also got on the phone with my husband to explain the issue and cost of repair before we agreed to go forward. He was able to locate the issue with a lose wire in the attic and repair it. I would highly recommend CCC."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"My car air condition system was blowing warm air, so I went to local store & purchased an ac charge kit (includes R134A refrigerant, gage, & hose). I installed it according to directions & it worked for a couple days, then started blowing warm air again, so now I am thinking the worst, leak, compressor, etc.. I stopped in Dave Johnson's Automotive to make an appointment, & Dave asked me if I had time & he would check the ac system right then & I said sure. He had his mechanic check out the system, then recharged it with a dye to help detect leaks. Sent me home & told me to run ac system as much as possible & bring it back in 3 days or before if it starts blowing warm air. The ac system never ran better & did not blow warm air. After 3 days I returned & Dave did a black light inspection for leaks & found none. Dave could have easily sold me the "Brooklyn Bridge" !!!  But he didn't, Dave was honest, fair, & gave me a little education on my ac system. Great job Dave & thanks.

"A guy came out and said our system is no good (the airhandler's blower had rusted out). It's a difficult job to do. Two guys came out and installed, it worked great. Then we had a problem: it wasn't cooling properly. A guy came out immediately and he came back and went to the attic and found that the air handler was leaking (a factory problem). He fixed the problem and it has worked excellent ever since."
