Get matched with top deck or porch build or replacers in Osteen, FL

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"This is a family owned company. The whole process was professionally handled from the initial quotes for the screen replacement and deck repair to the completion of the job. My deck had several long cracks which were filled and a new concrete surface was applied. Next, it was painted and even had contrasting color added to outline the pool. It looks beautiful with no signs of the prior cracks. The crew was on time and very professional. I certainly recommend this company."

"Great job fixing my concrete porch, love the finish product"

"Everything went well. The guys arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves. They were careful with my plants and that I appreciate. I would hire them again!"

"This company has exceeded my expectations of what a roofing company can or will do for their clients. I can honestly say NBS went above and beyond in every aspect of our project and produced an absolutely beautiful new tile roof on our house. I do not have time to go into details but it was a pleasure to work with NBS and all of its contractors. Every employee and contractor assigned to our job was professional, polite and was willing to explain things as needed. Would recommend them to anyone in need of roof replacement or repair. Our sales representative was Jon and he was truly the most patient and helpful sales representative we have dealt with for home repairs. Thank you NBS for everything!"

"I hired Oscar to clean my gutters. I didn't realize he did pressure washing until he arrived. He gave me a very affordable package deal to pressure wash my pool enclosure, lanai, house, walkways, driveway and sidewalk. He did a fabulous job, was very nice and professional. He got right to work and did all that in 3.5 hours. My wife is very happy."

"Jeff came out and explained the different types of hurricane shutters that would work with our area. We ordered and when they came out to install all was perfect, professional and we couldn’t be happier with our choice."

"Scott was one of 3 roofers to come and take a look at my roof that was just 4 years old and was leaking. All the estimates were in the same $ range but what set Scott apart from the others was he took pictures of the problems on the roof. He took the time to tell me exactly what was wrong, what the damage was and how he was going to fix it. I was hesitant at first because he said he was new to the area, but I’m glad I hired him. Was always on time and a pleasure to deal with. I will be adding a 400 sq ft deck on my house soon and he will be the first and probably only one I call to do the job."

"We knew we were taking on a big project when we decided to remodel two of our home?s three bathrooms.  My partner and I had been discussing what we wanted to replace our late 80?s era foyer hall half-bath and master bathroom for some time.  We knew we wanted a contemporary look with high end finishes and a shower that .  For some reason these bathrooms had a door connecting them and the tile used in our foyer ran all throughout the entryway and both bathrooms and so from a scope standpoint it made sense to tackle both bathrooms and replacing of the entry tile all in one project.
Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, we asked Superior Craftsman to bid on our project.  During this process we got the
impression from everyone we met that they were invested in satisfying our requests and earning our business.  We had done a lot of research beforehand, but Joe Guinta, in particular, really helped us bring all of our design ideas together.  This was above and beyond the level of involvement that we saw from other contractors/designers and that commitment was a primary factor is our choosing of Superior for our project.
Our project schedule faced some challenges due to the fact that the remodel would be proceeding from through the holidays.  Tony Monto was on top of things making sure the project kept rolling.  We had some scheduling
challenges with houseguests and the holiday?s intervening, but it all came together.
All of the workers who came into our home were professional, friendly and very neat and we were pleased with everyone?s work.  Al George?s attention to detail was evident in the level of craftsmanship he brought to the custom cabinetry installation
and finish carpentry.  Our tile ?artist? John and his team did some amazing work.
As things progressed there were a few times when my partner and I felt we should make changes to the design.  Tony and Joe were very responsive and offered good feedback about which changes would be practical and which not.
We enjoyed working with the guys from Superior Craftsman and by the end of the project they had become like part of the family.  The finished results are stunning and our experience was superior.
