I needed service in Sept 2018 and had various coupon prices of $39 and $49 for an A/C tune up and was about to chose on of them but decided to check Angie's list for a review or google for the coupon companies. I was really looking for an A/C furnace company that I could count on and use regularly. Not only was the repair gentleman that came out, on time and very thorough and professional but he spent a long time and I feel that I received the most thorough tune up that I have ever had. Josh, the service tech was just a delight and the best part was that this company has a membership contract that I was able to purchase. It is a small monthly charge monthly and . I get 2 free tune-ups a year included in the monthly fee for NO charge and if I need any service work I get 20% off of the charge and same day service...all for only $12.95 a month. What a wonderful idea and I cannot express how happy I am with this choice. It is a win-win deal for me and the company. I am a very happy camper with my choice of this company."

"Marcos was our technician and he was very courteous and professional. He not only cleaned our vents but cleaned the closet where our washer/dryer resided (which is a very tight space). Marcos was very conscious about removing his shoes before entering the house and cleaning up after all of the work. He also installed cages over our outside vents. "This was our first time needing an HVAC service for our house (AC unit issues) and Ish, Nick and Genaro did a fantastic job! I met with Ish first to diagnose the problem. He is super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions confidently and thoroughly. He was honest in explaining our options for our budget. He gave me estimates for multiple different scenarios I asked for and I never felt pushed into the more expensive option (and I am typically quite a skeptic when it comes to these types of things)! He also really took his time while at my house. I didnâ  t feel like I was rushed or that my questions were a bother to him. We decided to replace our whole unit and him and his team were able to come back just three days later! The install was smooth, they cleaned up all the work areas really well, and the whole team is very personable (and dog friendly, which I appreciate)!
