James Ferguson came out , explained what needed to be done to keep my patio from having puddles and leveling it to drain properly. I am very satisfied with the results ! No puddles! And rain runs into the drain and the walkway dries quickly. They were efficient and the cleanup was good! And the price they charged was fair for the work they performed! "They came at the scheduled time and the guy was very nice. He pointed out another crack that would likely need to be injected in the future, so we had him go ahead and take care of it while he was there. Sadly, the next time it rained, the cracks seeped again. They are returning to fix, as their injections have a lifetime warrant. Which is great, but it's annoying to have to clear out a crawl space repeatedly. I have to note, I had to choose between yes and no if I would hire again. I am not sure if I would. I guess it depends on how the next round goes."
