"Workers were very prompt on the show time for our walkway which took two days of work. We had to have a blacktop driveway cut and pavers were installed to allow proper water flow away from our garage area. Of three estimates from different businesses doing this kind of work, Chris VanCour was the only contractor who recommended this solution to our drainage problem. We had two steps installed to our front stoop and the 24 square foot porch was paved too. The facia of the steps were decorated with cut pavers. They had to direct a drain pipe under the walkway and it empties to a pop-up valve in the front yard. At the end of their work, the dirt was raked and clean up was very professional. The patio had to have proper slope in order to drain properly, and VanCour Landscaping used laser sighting to make sure all of the sloping was proper. We have had hard rain since the work was accomplished, drainage is perfect. I would highly recommend Van Cour Landscaping to anyone requiring this type of work. <br />"

I spent months trying to find a stone mason to fix it with a success until finally in December I found Cutting Edge Tile. They do Stone and concrete work in addition to brick and tile and their work is excellent and professional work from first contact to billing. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone who worked for the company, including Bill, the contractor, Angela in the office and Jake, the stone mason. Jake listen to all my concerns and a very skilled job in place with difficult access. He also cleaned up All the broken stone and concrete that the rodents had broken up. "Very well. It started with the estimate visit by Ron. Unlike other contractors, he showed me just the necessary amount of work. For example, others told me my lally columns would need to be replaced and he showed me that the rust was superficial. That saved me hundreds of dollars. When they got there on time, the crew was obviously experienced and worked well with me and with each other. They worked efficiently, were very nice and cleaned up after themselves - inside and outside. They did little extras for me such as prying up a specialty floor tile to preserve it and fill in a channel which had been cut into the basement floor previously. I felt no hesitation to ask questions, which is kind of rare in work crews. They said the job would take 2 days and it took about 1.5 days. Another extra was I needed 2 new basement windows. 3 had been replaced previously and Ron took the time to order identical windows so all 5 windows would match. That was nice. All this for a reasonable price. I highly recommend B-Sure!"

"J <strong>ohn Burgen and his crew continue to be the best!  </strong>This is the second significant project that they have completed for us in the past year.  Approximately 1 year ago they removed and replaced our concrete two car garage floor in a very professional manner <strong>.  <br /> </strong>The floor has held up up well and survived the very cold and brutal winter experienced during 2014-2015 without any problems.. <br /> Today, they completed the removal and replacement of the old and cracking foundation exterior finish, making it look better  than new .  As with the first project, John and his crew were  hard working, conscientious individuals who got the job done quickly and professionally. Especially significant is the fact that they completed the job in slightly more than two days in spite of the rainy weather Syracuse has been experiencing in June. "Jake and his team from JV's Construction did an amazing job remodeling a room for our first baby. He was punctual, responsive and easy to get in touch with from the beginning of the process to the very end. He showed great attention to detail and kept us appraised of the progress during the construction. The project was a full gut and remodel of a bedroom, with all new everything: insulation, electrical, sheet rock, window, shelving, closet doors and full painting and trim details. The entire process took just over two weeks (with delay due to the window order being held up). I was impressed with the quality of work and will definitely be hiring JV's Construction again."

"Dave accessed the problem with the foundation wall and then explained what needed to be done in terms we could easily understand. He provided a written contract with agreed upon work to be done, the time needed to do the job and the cost. The job started and finished as agreed. The job site was cleaned up every nite and at job completion it looked like they were never even here...Nice! <br />As the wall was being completed I asked Dave if he could do something about the unlevel dinning room floor and the dusty unusable basement floor. Shortly, after we talked, the dinning room floor was level...Wow! Dave said he would come up with a plan to address the basement floor problem. Next day he explained the plan to us. We agreed with the plan and the price. Dave and his crew did an excellent job and we now have a useable basement floor for our laundry room.
