He arrived at 3:45 PM on Friday afternoon, which impressed me greatly. He quickly evaluated the problem and told me he could fix it on the spot and that it would take about 30 minutes. The price was in the range for what I expected in replacing a roller spring. Aaron came prepared, with a couple of different springs on his truck in anticipation of one of these being a possible replacement.
