"This person arrived on time and solved our Samsung Dryer repair ....I felt the price was on the high end ($273.00) but what turned me off was his démineur..I don t know if he had a long day before he got to me but I found him to somewhat cold and very impersonal and although I m very glad this gentleman solved our issues I also was just waiting for him to leave.I do recommend his services but there was zero customer feel good"

"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Would definitely high him again. Knowledge of kitchen appliances is impressive."

"Refrigerator was cooling and freezer was freezing into a block of ice I was thinking I was going to have to buy and new one because getting thing repaired is usaaly more expensive than buying a new appliance but I called the cowboy and he showed up when he said he would checked out my fridge and with in the hour had it working like brand new. He did every high quality work at a great price!"

"Amazing customer service! I own my own business and was impressed with the customer service I received. Christopher took his time and didn't cut corners. He wasn't there to just get a pay check he was there to get our refrigerator working. Everything was explained to me while he was working and I could tell he was knowledgeable and was doing what he loved and it showd with the final product! Don't hesitate to hire Christopher for any appliance repair. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would."

"The technician was punctual and knowledgeable. Alamo appliance repair services is an excellent service for appliances. He did not leave until he had resolved the issue which did not take long."

"The quality of work was very good. He's there when he said he would and he's helpful. We were happy with the service."

"service provider sent by American Home Shield was excellent. The only issue I have with home warranty services is that they do not send their repair companies out on the week-end, even in an emergency. The customer service personnel is less than enthusiastic or helpful."

"Very well. They are craftsmen. Put up plastic barriers to keep down the dust in the rest of the house. They did a wonderful job. Our new bath looks beautiful. His designer helped me turn my ideas into real world structures. The materials they used and the workmanship of their installation is first class. They are a little more expensive than some but they can do all the things you want them to and do them correctly. We are very pleased with their work.
