"I have had thus company at my house & two rental units. They were timely and professionally repaired the projects. During a recent extreme cold spell, water lines underneath the house had frozen and water was leaking everywhere. We decided to replace the copper lines with pex and thr tenant had running water again."

"We had a major water leak under our house and needed to call a plumber to fix the leak. The plumber I have used in the past did not answer my calls or even return my call. I called Adkins Plumbing and they came out and repaired the leaks under our house. They did a fantastic job and came quickly to our rescue. I will be using Adkins Plumbing for any future issues I have."

"Josh explained as he installed! Great work and very efficient."

"I made an appointment for Thursday morning and the man arrived at 11 A.M. He completely inspected the ice maker and told me that the water valve that fills the ice maker has a leak. He told me what he needed to do to fix the problem and what parts were needed. He ordered the parts and told me that he made another appointment to install the new parts and finish the repairs."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Ed and his crew in WV are amazing!!  They came every morning and were here by 730 or 8am, and stayed until 430 or 5 every day; they even worked some days in the rain.  These guys are craftsmen and do quality work; they are perfectionists.  The work space was clean every evening, and they did not disrupt our lives at all.  They are a pleasure to work with and I hope to use them again in the future!
