Since it was going to rain before they could get to the job they came out and patched all the holes they could and covered areas that needed covering. On the day of work they diligently covered everything with tarp around the outside and put protective boards up around the windows. They took out our old tile and crock and installed new. At that time the water table was down well fast forward to March 2023 water table is high and we realized we were pumping sand out of the crock. Seagate came out and admitted they installed the crock wrong-which was washing away the foundation. 3 days later they came to the house installed a new crock and then said they would come back in a couple of months to finish the job when the water table goes down. Well here we are today and Tom Elder the owner is busy with "Point Place work". Looks like he only cares about new customer and not old customers. I would becareful using Seagate-make sure you do your homework!"
