"Lance was awesome! My wife talked to him first and she had a good feeling about him! She said he seemed friendly courteous and easy to talk with! He seemed very concerned about our dilemma and as he discussed the project she felt confident that he was the right person for the job! This was not an easy project mind you. Our house was built in 1959. Unfortunately a drunk driver smashed through a stone wall into our garage. The challenge to begin with was finding and matching the same stone that was around in 1959! Then building the wall to match the same pattern as the rest of our house! Well he nailed it perfectly! We are very very satisfied with the end result! He also did some extras he didn’t originally include in the estimate like firming up the stone paths in front of the house. Touching up the damaged gutters with paint and filling the garden beds with stones that were disrupted from the crash. His crew was also very courteous and polite! "We initially thought that there was a leak in the line for which a quote was provided. Once the line was uncovered to repair the leak it was discovered that the entire line (lead pipe which had been installed when the house was built in 1967) was corroded and would probably continue to spring leaks even after the first was repaired. The contractor recommended that the entire line be replaced although he was more than willing to repair only the leak for the initial estimate of $195. I agreed with his recommendation.
The repair was expected to take several days so the contractor ran a temporary supply line to the house so that we would not be without water.
We were totally satisfied with the work that was completed and that the employees were professional and courteous.
