They went through the heater and found the problem with the pilot not igniting. They fixed it promptly, while taking the time to explain several things about the heater. They've agreed to return next April to do a thorough cleaning of my pool heater so it will be good to go again next season. Duane is very knowledgeable about Raypak heaters and explained the different parts and how the flame should look when burning. It's been very difficult to find anyone to service a Raypak pool heater in this area. I'm so thankful that I crossed paths with Poolside Pros.
