"I contracted with Brian 7 years ago to replace the my sidewalk and the replacement sidewalk was of low quality with holes forming and cracking where the sidewalk abutted the front porch. Brian at one point responded "Unfortunately, your walkway was done with poor craftsmanship and I will front the money and fix the entire thing including the stoop for free." At some point dialogue stopped and I never heard from Brian again. I would not recommend using for a cement or sidewalk work."

He and his crew completed the landscape, rain gutter drainage pipe to keep water away from the house and did a complete lawn irrigation system using the lake water for supply. He worked jointly with us and our neighbor for some joint water drainage. We have had numerous people asking who did our landscaping as it has good curb appeal. "I wanted to choose zero stars for a rating about BORDNER ROOFING OF RAYTOWN, MO. Our roof was leaking so bad we had a kidde pool in the livibg room catching rain water. I gave them a huge deposit. When it started getting too cold to roof I went to their office after they kept my huge deposit for 3 months. I told them to give me my money back & they refused. I said it will be too cold to roof it properly. They promised the shingles would lay/seal down when the sun comes out & warms them up. 3 months later in the spring the shingles didn't seal down !!! They also nailed the shingles too high !!! I met with them again a few months ago in their office & they kept saying, "We stand behind our work" THEY ARE SUCH LIARS !!! They came out a few times & put silicone or tar under some shingles that buckled up or folded back. That didn't help. 5 sections of the roof are having the same problem. This isn't acceptable !!! I had 5 companies inspect the roof & they all said it was very bad workmanship, it was too cold & the shingles were nailed too high !!! I contacted the BBB & Bordner lied to them & BBB closed the case. I have photos, documents & video to prove my case !!! They damaged my home, my gutters, my lawn, some plants, they took 21 days to do the roof...other roofers said it shouldn't have taken more than a week. ☆☆☆☆DON'T HIRE BORDNER☆☆☆☆"
