"We have the ASAP plan, so we get annual furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing inspections with our plan. Today we had the plumbing inspection. The man who came out was named Caesar. He was very nice (our dog approved of him!) and professional. He showed us with pictures that he had taken some potential problem areas and told us that our hot water heater is over the typical life of a water heater. He told us what could be done and gave us some estimates of both repair work and a new hot water heater. He did not try to sell us anything-said that if we decided to do any of this work in the next 30 days, to call and schedule it and there would be no additional service call charge. We would also get a discount because of the ASAP plan. I do not think that Anthony’s is the cheapest service, but I can say that after having had all kinds of work (furnace, ac, electrical, and plumbing) done by them over the years, they are EXCELLENT and they really go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy."

"Found the hot water heating spewing water. Within a couple of hours, Addison from Reddi Services was there. We needed a replacement, which he did within a very short period of time. Addison was efficient, patient with my questions, and respectful of my house. Two days later, our air conditioner wasn't cooling, the afternoon before a predicted heat wave. Vince showed up and started the process of diagnosing the problem. So blessed that the last time we had our air conditioner serviced, Joel recommended a cleaning/coverage plan. Thanks to that, the clogged hose was replaced, the entire unit checked out and cleaned, all at no charge. We've used Reddi Services for years. Wouldn't think of switching!"

"I had a hot water heater replaced a few years ago by Mission and had a crucial part stop working. While the part was still under warranty, I paid for a service fee to have it replaced at a fair cost (just labor, the part was under warranty). Unfortunately, the replacement part failed in a short time. Long story short, they came back out and spent time on two different days correcting the problem and replacing the part. It really was just one of those odd-ball everything goes wrong kind of malfunction, although it was no fault of the company. In the end, Mission Plumbing sent me an invoice with a zero balance. It was quite the headache for them, but they honored the warranty to the max even though it cost several man-hours. I will definitely use them for future needs."
