"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Logan completed the work. I was concerned that I only had his first name, no business card. The invoice was generic, didn’t specify exactly what was the issue/repair. There was no itemized statement, just a flat fee. I used the oven last night and it worked great."

"He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a ballpark price for me to consider whether the 20 yo dishwasher was worth repairing. Saved me much time and trouble."

Hello! I am passionate about working with my hands and getting them dirty. I have been taking things apart, figuring out how they work, and putting them back together again since I was able to hold a wrench. I am an Ex- ASE certified automotive technician, so I thrive with diagnosis and repair! Great with tools and figuring things out!

"Highly recommend. No one likes to have their life interrupted by appliances, but if you have to Joel Callahan is the one to call - professional, courteous, and honest. Joel was running late on the job before mine and called to let me know. He was courteous and let me know what was happening as he worked on my gas stovetop. When there was a snafu, he told me possible choices if it could not be fixed. He ended up being able to repair the stove with 2 trips to my house. This is the guy to call."

"David arrived in a timely manner and was courteous and professional. I had spoken to him the day before the appointment and he informed me that there would be a 55 dollars fee for the visit which would get folded into the actual cost of the repair should I decide to proceed. I had four appliance issues that needed to be addressed of which David successfully resolved 2. The others needed a replacement of the appliance and replacement of a part respectively...both of which I obviously did not proceed with. I ended up paying 180 dollars for the visit which felt a tad steep. I was expecting to pay anywhere between 100 to 125 dollars considering that only two items were actually repaired and an hour of work was what was needed. Other than that...I had no other issues."

"Anytime Appliance Repair provided next day service call; on time for appt.; friendly/professional/experienced; thoroughly checked unit - tests performed; issue diagnosed and explained; repair cost provided, repair made. ***With safety in mind, the technician recommended getting a certified electrician to replace dryer outlet. A detailed invoice, to and including warranty info on parts and labor, was sent via email same day."

"Billy did a great job repairing my old Maytag oven. He was able to diagnose and order parts for it on Thursday and was back out Friday to repair it with no problems. Quick, knowledgeable, and professional. I'll be calling them back the next time my out of warranty appliance kicks the bucket."

"The business owners and contractors were prompt and honest. My used clothes washer I bought is clean and works like new. No problems so far, I’ve done 3 loads of laundry in the last two days. I don’t have any data on repairs yet, I will follow up if repairs are needed and how customer service handles issues under warranty."

"Tech diagnosed washing machine leak. Didnâ t try to sell me in a bunch of repair work that would cost more than the value of the machine itself. Turned out I was just missing the overflow pan. He also cleaned and did maintenance work on dryer. Very pleased with quick response and apparent integrity"
