The old water heater was 19 years old so it was starting to go as the water was not heating as well. They came on Monday afternoon, early even, and installed the water heater. They also updated the gas shut off valve to the water heater and the shut off valve to the water line to the ice maker. They were efficient and courteous. "This company is a JOKE!! There technicians a LAZY Morons!! They forget Tools and even their own phone. Then come back at 9:30pm to get the stuff. I hired them to see where my sewage pipe had an issue. They told me it was under my deck and that I had to take the deck off my house to fix it. I?m glad I got a second opinion! The pipe was settled 15ft In front of my deck. In the middle of my yard?. They are just trying to do ?work? that doesn?t need to be done.. "
