Over those 3 years, Bonsby had ample opportunities to identify and correct the defect in the system, but it failed to do so. Nor did Bonsby ever offer to replace the system. In fall 2025, after years of frustration, I requested that Bonsby refund my purchase price for the defective system. Bonsby has refused and, in doing so, made arguments that are materially inaccurate as to the facts of the matter and applicable law. "

A technician came out the next day, June 21, and confirmed the compressor needed replacement. The part was ordered the same day, and I was told it would arrive by June 25. Since then, I've called daily. Each time, the receptionist tells me, "It's coming today." I've repeatedly asked to speak with a parts manager and was promised a callback--yet I only received one call, on June 27. As of today, July 2, the issue is still unresolved. Meanwhile, my elderly parents have been living in extreme heat during a heatwave. Please think carefully before signing up with this company.
