"Hello, I am requesting assistance from a licensed plumber/gas fitter for gas service restoration at my property: 1239 Maple Ave. Baltimore, MD 21227 BGE has determined that the prior gas service was abandoned and is now processing the project as a new gas service line and exterior meter installation. BGE will be meeting me on-site on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 AM to review and approve the proposed exterior meter location. The scope of work includes: - Inspecting the existing gas piping to determine whether any portion can be safely reused; - Extending, repairing, or replacing internal gas piping as needed; - Establishing the new customer-side gas connection point for the exterior BGE meter; - Pulling the required gas/plumbing permit; - Performing the required pressure test; - Coordinating the requir"

"I'm still on the market searching replace water heater."

"Prime Plumbing provided excellent customers service from the beginning to the end. Rob was very thorough when he came out to provide estimate, financing options and gave good explanation of what was needed to replace my direct vent hot water tank for my condo. Rob was also the one who installed the hot water tank and did an excellent job. Direct vent hot water tanks are much more expensive than your standard hot water tank, so it was pricey. I initially found Prime Plumbing on Angie's list and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. I'm a single female in my early 60's. I did end up using my own financing because their finance company interest rates were way too high for someone with excellent credit. Do rate comparison first."

"Excellent all around service. Knowledgeable, honest and timely. I had a heating problem that another company could not figure out but tried to keep sending technicians out and charging me. Lowery Heating diagnosed the problem and fixed my furnace right away. They are the company I will call for all my heating and cooling services."
