"Professional, Knowledgeable, Courteous with Fair Pricing. I would highly recommend Blue Sea Pools! My experience with Jeff and his associate James has been nothing short of excellent! I have a very old 27 foot round above ground pool that required a new liner. In the past finding someone to replace an above ground liner was nearly impossible. The person I had several years ago did an awful job with wrinkles throughout, railings missing screws and put on in the wrong spots and all at an exorbitant cost with a poor attitude the entire time they were here. Feelings of dread crept in while I prepared to start calling around. Many calls to various pool companies led to disappointing lectures on replacing the entire pool due to its age (not an option nor did I think it was necessary) or poor attitudes which made me feel as if they had no interest in providing the services. It was not until I called a pool store in Orange and spoke with a wonderfully helpful manager named Jim who not only helped me purchase the liner I needed at a reasonable cost but put me in touch with Jeff at Blue Seas and I am so grateful he did! Jeff immediately answered the phone (many never even called me back) and made a timely appointment to come take a look. Jeff immediately acknowledged what I had been trying to tell everyone, that this pool was strong and sturdy and in no need of replacing. Jeff accepted the job of replacing the liner and connecting a pool heater at a very reasonable cost. Both men arrived on the day they scheduled even though it was raining and cold, very impressed! They did not moan or groan or even bat an eyelash about the 18 inch trenches dug all around the pool area to prep for propane lines being installed later, again very impressed! Costs were exactly as stated as Jeff will be upfront with anything that may potentially come up later and even included replacing a minor piece at no extra cost just to make sure the job was done right. Both men were extremely polite, professional and honest (hard to find these days). The guys returned several times at no extra charge as the job was a multiple step process with installing the propane for the heater. Jeff even makes himself available to you for any questions before, during or after the job is complete. I am a very satisfied customer and I cant express in words how much I would recommend Blue Seas Pools."

"Choice was fast, efficient, and kept me posted on the progress of the claim. Although the water leak issue was discovered on a Friday, they had a plumber there to investigate by Saturday morning. When it was determined that the 20+ year old heater needed to be replaced, the replacement ordered, on-site, and installed by Wednesday morning. I am glad that we opted for the Choice Ultimate plan as other than the initial $65 service fee, all but one $50 ancillary expense was covered."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
