"They are always a pleasure to deal with. Deck was old and falling apart. They replaced all the framework and installed new decking that withstands MI weather. Old porch was ceramic and cracking. The original material was not accepted by our Arch Committee. Contractor provided alternate material--accepted and has received raves from neighbors. Also repaired and repainted column on porch."

"This was my first time using BNC and they were fantastic to work with. Charles gave me a fair price and answered all my questions. He worked alongside his crew on the job and the other guys helping were courteous, knowledgeable and took time to answer questions about the job as I was peeking downstairs to see how it was going. They had laid down brand new cloth runners while walking through the house, and were running a shopvac while using the jackhammer. While a mess was unavoidable, there wasn't nearly as much dust and debris as I expected. Overall, BNC did a great job and I will likely use them again for future home repairs."

"Contacted contractor for a quote to repair a crack in our basement wall which was leaking during recent heavy rains.
He was very courteous on the phone, showed up on time, called to say he was on the way, thouroughly explained the process to repair the crack and followed through with a good job. The crew he sent were a little late but they called early to let us know that they were running late. When they arrived they put down drop cloths throughout the house where they would be walking, including the basement stairs. They were polite and did not mind that I wanted to watch the process. They explained everything as they worked and politely answered all my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the warranty and all the details. Even though the work has only been complete for a couple of days, I do not really see how any water could penetrate the patch that was installed.
Although this job was small, I would highly recommend this company for this type of work.
