I had to replace my walkway and decided that this would also be the perfect time to reshape and used colored concrete on the walkway to have a more beautiful view to the entrance of my home. I provided Romauldo with a couple of pictures of designs I wanted and he was able to recreate the design I desired. He also provided me with a set of colors I could choose from to color the cement. The outcome was perfect! I could not have asked for a better overall experience and will definitely use Romualdo and his team for future projects. "Corey was very prompt in responding to my request for an estimate. After getting three other estimates, Corey's estimate was a fair price--the best price for the most work I requested. He was very professional. His crew who poured the concrete were hardworking and very courteous and professional. After the concrete was poured and set up, his uncle came by and cut the stress relief cuts in the concrete. I was worried about how this would go. He was a perfectionist at placing the cuts. The driveway and sidewalk look beautiful. Next, one of Corey's long time associates came by and put in two stairway railings. They were authentic wrought iron railings that he painted black. He was so nice, extremely good and very professional. The whole job has improved that side of my house 1000%. I can't express how pleased and extremely satisfied I am with PVI Group and especially Corey. He finished the job Sunday morning by putting a seal coat on the finished concrete. "All of this took 2-3 days. They showed up early every morning (around 8 AM) and went about their work in a professional manner. The owner stayed late to finish up work on the day they poured the new steps, making sure that all the edges had a nice finish on them and were done "just so" and to his liking. He also showed up on the last day to put a second coat on the resurfacing of the front stoop which now looks brand new as if it had been replaced along with the front steps. I might also add that Mr. Langhorne's estimate was $1,200 lower than that I received from a larger company who, by the way, tried to "upsell" me by asking about replacing the stoop as well, which only really needed to be resurfaced."

"Our driveway was big enough for 1 car and we wanted it expanded to fit 2 cars plus have a walkway installed connecting the driveway to the main walkway leading up to the house. Tillerman Gardens was recommended to me by a friend. Jesse and his crew were wonderful to work with from start to finish. Jesse was very responsive to my request for an estimate. He patiently listened to what we wanted, asked great questions to get clarity and made some really good suggestions on things we hadn't thought of (i.e. adding river rocks to the grassy part at the edge of the driveway to ease getting in and out by the 2nd car). All the members of his crew were very nice and kept the yard looking clean at the end of each day. Work was done in the timeframe given to us. We are so happy with the end result!
