"Don and his entire crew at G-Tech were amazing. They are honest, hardworking, qualified, and all around a great team. They worked fast and tirelessly until our job was complete. We had and entire basement that was destroyed by water and toxic mold. They moved, cleaned, and restored the entire basement. They were also able to restore and save priceless positions that we thought were lost forever in the flood. Over 40 years of a family of 9 children and 2 adults possessions were handled by the crew meticulously. Everything from clothes to fine China was handled with care and respect. Don made the entire daunting task of trying to put our life back together easy. He handled all the paperwork arranged the schedule for the work and made each step of the process easy. The entire crew not only showed up on time but early each day to work. They were not only kind with myself and my husband but they were wonderful to each one of my 9 children. They considered each one of our safety and made sure they took every precaution before, during and after the work. This is especially important our family because my son has a chronic lung condition that was being exacerbated by the mold condition. Don returned every phone call and every text that was sent to him immediately regardless of the time day or even weekend. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that is looking for a company that will treat your possessions as their own. "My apartment is on the top floor of the building. The fire department broke through the roof, and they filled my apartment with water to put out the fire. They also broke a few walls. The insurance company sent in a fire restoration company to remove my damaged property and the damaged wall, ceiling, and floor materials. However, they were also supposed to clean the remaining walls, floors, and ceilings throughout the apartment that were not damaged/removed.

The building is old, so there is lead paint on most of the walls. As it turns out, the roof membrane contains asbestos, and some of the walls are constructed of cement. The laboratory test results of the samples collected in my apartment indicated that my apartment was contaminated with asbestos from the roof, lead dust from the paint, silica from the cement walls, and mold from water damaged sheetrock surfaces that were not removed. Residual carbon soot was also found on the windowsills in my bedroom.

The Angstrom Mold Inspection Report was very well written, and it included a detailed scope of work for the necessary additional removal and cleaning work that was needed in my apartment. The lab reports documented the presence of contaminants, which substantiated the need for additional work. I gave the Inspection report to my insurance company, and they had the restoration company return to my apartment to perform the necessary additional removal and cleaning work. Then I had the Angstrom Mold Inspection Company return to perform a follow-up inspection and testing, and the lab results came back negative. Thank God!

I suffered a pipe break in my home and Procyon came and cleaned up and dried out my home also they testing my home for mold and made sure my home was safe to live in . "We found them to be very pleasant, easy going and accommodating; almost like dealing with family. They did nice work, listened to our concerns and tried to do whatever was necessary to make us happy. We recommend being specific about details for your project, communicating exactly what you want. Since we had never done a bathroom renovation before we found that certain things were done by asking our opinion without the suggestion of their expertise. Our only negative experience was the late nights they stayed working to get the project finished and the damage done to our front deck as a result of cutting tile outside. They did come back very willingly and tried cleaning the deck but unfortunately its still not totally clean. Since we will eventually be replacing our deck we just let it go. Ultimately they were a good, respectable reliable company."
