Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"We called Vista Plumbing and inquired if the give free quotes for
repairs. They do, we made an appt. Ray came within the time frame on the
first day. The job would cost $200 to fix but he would need to come
back the next day as he would need to get the appropriate parts. He was
rather busy the next day and wasn't as prompt the following day but is
always professional. He did the best he could but he had to come back
yet another day. With the end in sight, we all waited with baited breath
for Ray to say "All Done!". He was so kind he gave us a $100 discount
for all the inconvenience. We will use Vista Plumbing again and again
with any plumbing needs."

"We have used ARS for years because their service is excellent, as it was today. Hot water heater was leaking when we woke up. We called ARS at 7 AM. At 10 the plumber was here and found we needed a new heater. By 5 the new one was installed and working well. Very satisfied!!"
