"It went really well.  Mike and his team were so incredibly efficient and easy to work with.  And most importantly they listened to our requests and then actually took the time to do the things we asked them to do.  We had an easy yet very specific request for the hallway and they did exactly what we asked.  (We gave the same request to another contractor and they ended up doing business as usual instead of what we asked.)  They cleaned up the area and didn't leave a single mark on my walls.  This all seems like such common sense but we've had first hand experience with store contractors where these things didn't happen and my brand new walls were dented and marked.   We've had multiple bad experiences in the past using the "free" installation provided by the store where we purchased the carpet.  I would highly recommend taking control of your contractor and hiring the installation yourself.  It was much easier then I thought it would be. 
MWC also showed up on time and finished as promised.  And it actually ended up saving me money because I didn't have to take multiple days off of work.
