"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. "Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! "Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!

"Rob is my plumber that I am using for the remodel of both bathrooms. He is installing two bathtubs and removing tile and dry-wall, and old tubs. He removed sinks and toilets to make room for tub removal and will replace. He advised me on work I am doing myself. We are still working and I hope it all goes well. He purchased items for me. He is honest and detailed. Earlier, I had Rivers repair a backed up basement drain. They were there right away. They also came back out and repaired a seal on the stack. They offer a one year warranty. I feel secure in their knowledge. I recommend this company"

"They will install any brand of water heater you wish, or sell you one that they carry. Person who did the install my heater did give me a heads up of problems with the unit I was buying. I ended up buying a different brand (not from the installer), and quite honestly am much happier with choice I made. Doing addition research did confirm the original concerns with my choice of product so it wasn't an issue of the installer trying to make a sale of his product."
