"Chris Northup called before he came, was professional and friendly, did excellent work, and I was very happy that he replaced my filters at the vent sites. He showed me photos of some work on the furnaces that may need to be done, which I will discuss with my husband. I specifically asked for his card so I can put this company (and him) in my own service directory in the event we need furnace or AC repairs in the future. Also he was very knowledgeable and took great care with his ladder not to bump the walls, which I appreciated. He also put a drop cloth down in the laundry room so as not to cause a mess when he entered the attic. An excellent job by a very trustworthy young man, was my sense of his character.
