"I did not actually hire; Emanuel. Here is what happened. He called me to see what my issue was. I explained it to him, having to do with GFCI outlets and breakers I was not able to reset. He said, do you want to hop on FaceTime and show me the electrical panel? I said YES! So in the span of 8 patient minutes, he led me through how to flip the breakers fully, and safely, and then talked me through resetting my GFCI outlets underneath my kitchen sink.
