"They were okay. But the issue is occurring again. I don't know if it's the product or the service. They had to take out the electrical board. The electrical board was under warranty. He took it to the actual company. They gave him a whole new one and he came back to install it. Then, they had to come out again because the gate wouldn't open. He came to adjust it. I kind of got frustrated with the guy because the guy started putting down the product. The next time he came, he was nice and courteous. They did lower the price for me. They were agreeable to that."

Jaime is very friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He explained all the options for the repair, the costs and the pros/cons of each. I opted for the more expensive and robust system that I hope will last longer, but there was no sales pressure or upselling. Jaime also made it clear that only a new motor was needed now to get the garage door working again and that the spring appeared to have a few years of life remaining, but I opted to have the spring and rollers replaced too.
