I met with a couple of contractors previously, but was most impressed with DiJulio Contracting. The owner, Scott, came out and walked me through some different options that I had never even considered beforehand. He helped me envision the space and also gave me valuable feedback as to the cost implications for each options. A few days later, they sent me over an estimate with a detailed sketch of the two options I liked best, along with estimates for each. It even included some imagery to help me imagine things more clearly. Their pricing was competitive and I decided to hire DiJulio Contracting as I felt most confident and comfortable with them. However, through Angi and based on reviews, I went with Total Renovating. Russell and his crew were awesome. They worked within my budget and immediately hit the ground running. Communication was always easy and I was given advanced notice of when workers/inspectors would be by throughout the entire process. And the work was excellent; no corners cut (figuratively). "My wife and I have used Two By Four quite a few times so far. They installed laminate flooring replacing some of the subfloor at the time and while the subfloor was up added ceiling lights to the room below. We had them come back and add ceiling lights, fan boxes, and smoke detectors to 4 bedrooms. They have also done plumbing work in the guest bathroom and the kitchen. They installed a mail box that required a concrete pad and added stonework around it for finish. Finally they replaced some siding and attic vents that were damaged by hail. Every job has gone smoothly, they arrive when expected are friendly and clean while on the job site. We never had any cause to be upset. They have been able to do some jobs like the kitchen sink leak on very short notice. Overall very happy with Gary, Jr, and the entire crew."

"This project turned out exactly how I had envisioned and even better than expected. The overall project was to finish a basement, and remodel our mud room into a new laundry room. On initial meeting, they were very receptive to my vision and ideas (even though I have limited knowledge on remodeling projects). The overall estimate was fair and within my budget, with some room for unexpected changes. Once the project got started, Edwin and his crew went over with me the general concepts of the projects and discussed some design planning ideas. The process was very efficient and Edwin checked in with me at regular intervals during the project to confirm my choices and that the project with going according to plan. The team and Mir were also very accommodating when problems did arise or there were unexpected changes. The overall job came out completed to plan, and very professional. "I would absolutely recommend Best Homes LLC. Jonathan and Jeffrey did an excellent job on my basement remodel. I was on a time crunch to sell my house and urgently needed to remodel my basement by building a full kitchen with wet bar, installing wood floor and stairway, interior painting, and light fixture replacements. They promised to complete this in a month, but got it done in less than 30 days, all without sacrificing quality. It was so stunning, just one week after they finished, I got an offer on my home. I have never seen a group of people work in such a coordinated, efficient, and diligent manner. His separate teams for plumbing, electricity, carpentry, flooring, and cabinet and appliance installation were extremely punctual, professional, and dedicated, sometimes working well into the evening. They never missed a schedule. The quality of their work was supreme. All county inspections passed. "Mr. Escobar and his team were very professional and did an excellent job! They completed a significant amount of yard work (i.e., removing yard debris, weeding flower beds, pruning bushes/trees, mulching, planting new plants/tree, laying sod, and fertilizing the grounds/flower beds, large tree removal, and regrading the gravel driveway), in a timely manner. This was not an easy job by any means after several years of no work being done to maintain the yard and driveway. The yard and driveway have never looked better! We appreciate all the hard work and effort put into this as well as their guidance and knowledge. We look forward to working with them regarding the maintenance of the yard."
