"PEAK first came out to look for the leak I had. Couldn't find the source, as nothing in the attic was stained or even damp. They have me options which weren't terribly expensive, but also admittedly not guaranteed fixes, which they disclosed. They didn't try to sell me, but I asked about a new roof and financing options. The estimator had all the details, took measurements and wrote up a contract just in case I decided to move forward. Decided to do it, and he picked up the contract the next morning. Got a call soon after to schedule dates for material delivery and installation...both of which I did not have to be present. Everything went flawlessly. They were on time, made sure I understood everything, took care with my landscaping and deck to protect it, no mess left, and had answers for my questions. Super customer service and professionalism. Cameron gave the comfort of trusting him with the process he detailed. Nataly Caballero, the Repair Department's Production Coordinator was excellent pre-production tasks and kept in touch me about scheduling replacement date. the roofers were punctual, hardworking and excellent. The roof shingles were finished in one day, and after couple days, the gutters were installed. The crew took great care of cleaning the site grounds thoroughly. The Project Manager came and made sure to review the site without any debris. She  and Brian also went above and beyond helping us to select the perfect color shingles by sending me extra samples and showing pictures of houses that had similar siding and shingles. Rico's crew worked efficiently and took great pride in doing their best work. They cleaned up after each day and also covered my floors with plastic to catch any debris that might fall when they replaced the skylights. We decided to choose NCR (Home Fix Custom Remodeling). The workmen arrived at 7:45am and finished the work by 4:30pm. My new roof looks fantastic, and we are really glad we went with this local company. "The young man that came to see my missing shingles on my roof, was professional, informed, and polite. The only issue was that the company does NOT conduct repair as I needed. The company only replaces the entire roof. I am glad he came and advised about replacing the roof if we decide to do that and decide that we can afford it. Right now I need to repair the missing shingles. and he/ his company can not help me."
