The crew knocked my roof out all in a days work and my.project manager Omar kept me in the loop and showed me photos of the progress and they were very thorough, they replaced my rotted wood and even though I had to pay for some additional wood it was honest and necessary and I'm glad I sent the extra money to get this all done correctly. "I cannot state how happy I am with the work done by Presidential Exteriors. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. After looking at their reviews online and checking out their website, I contacted them online for a consultation. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from them within 24 hours, and to have a remodeling consultant (Kirill) at my home within a couple of days. Everyone was great to work with, listening to my wants/needs, and helping me with advice on a unique roof drainage issue. The team was also patient with me as I changed my mind a few times. Once the work started, I was even more impressed with them. All of the crews were great to deal with—very polite, courteous, and professional. They kept the workplace clean and kept me informed throughout the project. I try to stay actively involved, and everyone was more than willing to answer my questions and make sure I was happy. The project manager (Ryan) was great to work with and put up with my many questions, as were the people I dealt with at the main office (Tom and Chris). In the end, I was extremely happy with the work done by the crews. I had four doors and three windows replaced (thanks Matt, Eric, Jose, Mike T, Mike, Adam); and siding/trim replaced by Mr. Lee (a true artist in his trade) and Roberto; and various other construction repairs/drywall & painting by Juan and Jorge. I thank each of them and hope that I did not forget anyone. Also, a thank you to Jennifer at the main office who kept things going on the back end. I highly recommend Presidential Exteriors to others—they are a top notch company that genuinely cares about their customers, and have very much deserved the strong ratings they have earned on this site and others. "The service was excellent and professional. My home was in need of new roofing (shingles constantly were coming off in high winds). Their sales representative happened to be canvasing the neighborhood and set up a free estimate with the sales manager, Chris Dobbin, who was personable and knowledgeable about the product. The price was somewhat higher than what one would get from a Home depot or such. However, the quality is so much higher that the roof has a 50 year warranty as opposed to the standard 20-30 year warranties. The trim work and gutter replacement occurred in one day and roof installation the next. I am well pleased with the result. I would be willing to consult with them when I need future home repair."

"I bought an Angie's List Big Deal certificate for Fairfax Roofing Solutions after I had water leaking from a light switch box during a heavy rain storm. I called Chris Wallace the owner, first thing in the morning to schedule the inspection and repair. He was very flexible and was able to be out at my house 3 hrs later. They showed up, inspected the roof and made several repairs. I really appreciated how quickly they were able to fit me in. We had more bad weather forecasted and a potential hurricane coming through in a few days and they were able to schedule me and make the repairs immediately. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

Very fast and extremely Knowledgeable-I really like the fact that they focus only on roofing and they just they didn’t just come out and inspect the air my roof water was leaking inside the interior they went inside to actually see the water stain to see exactly what needs to be repaired. "As my husband and I were spring cleaning and bringing things into the attic when we noticed the installation had falling on nearly half of our roof and was wet to the touch. My husband did the initial inspection and noticed that mold, mildew and a huge leak had take over the wood and was exposed to the outside of the house. 
I am a natural researcher - called several friends for recommendations, shopped around on DIY websites to see if this was something we could manage ourselves, and then stumbled on the Lumbee website. Lumbee was about my 5th call, the have a really nice customer service and I was directed directly to a technician that came out the next day to inspect our roof. 
Darren came the next day, he was very knowledgeable on the scope of work, the products we needed to use, and was helpful in identifying what the immediate need was . Some people would have told me to replace my whole roof but he totally must have been reading my mind!
