"This was a really great experience, from the initial consultation to the finished project! In fact, he said it could be done in one day, and it only took a couple hours! The house feels and smells so clean! We are definitely impressed with the price and the quality of work. In fact, we’re asking them to come back and put a much needed drain in, to prevent any more mold and moisture issues!"

"After having the work done and then done again by a "manager," I have mice, roaches and water in my “sealed” crawlspace. And the mice have destroyed 2 chairs and a sofa I was storing down there, which is why I wanted it sealed to begin with. The have a new logo now. Maybe you have new management also? No one responded to my previous complaint regarding your service."

"Extremely unhappy with their business practices. They caused additional damage while tear out and treatment phase of water damage area in my house. They broke my fireplace hearth and told me they would fix that portion as part of their own expense. After 3 months of waiting for them to complete repairs, I decided to hire a new contractor and told them I only want them to fix what they broke. At that point, I was informed that per their policy, they are not required to fix what they broke. They then told me that they would give me a quote for them to fix what they broke. I find that quite ridiculous that I should have to pay for the damage they caused."

"Avoid these people!!!!!! They are the worst. They tell you lie after lie and take forever to do the work. My insurance company called them in even though it was not in my best interest. I regret the day I let them in my front door, and I regret the day I let Allstate insure my house."
