"Fantastic experience. My AC stopped working last Thursday afternoon and CoolAir came the next day in the morning (very fast response). They replaced the Capacitor and the unit started working immediately. In addition, on my request, they replaced a UV light Bulb I had installed in the past (best for cleaner air and allergies). What can I say, fantastic service! And I would like to highlight the professionalism of the technician “Daniel” who took the time to explain the damage and guided me on selecting the best solution (not the priciest one, without pushing a sale. Well done Daniel and thank you."
