"Alan (owner) was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when assessing the work and providing us a cost estimate. The crew that arrived worked quickly and professionally. Even when they into a snag with the overhang roof on the back patio which was causing water to collect and the wood to rot, they were able to offer a solution. It did require additional work and cost, however reasonable, which we agreed to do. Juan, the lead worker, did an awesome job repairing it and redesigning the screen enclosure to drain and redirect rain water better. The replacement of the screen for the rest of the enclosure was also done very well. The three men crew worked diligently and left everything clean when they were done. I’m very happy with our new screen enclosure, the workmanship and their professionalism. I highly recommend South Florida Screen and their skillful crew. I will definitely use them again if needed."

"From start to finish the service was great. I got my appointment scheduled early in the morning and had a representative show. Up within that same hour. All windows and doors were measured and I was able to finance this project at a very affordable price. 3 months after I began my process with USA my windows and doors were installed in the cleanest and easiest fashion. "The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top).The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
