"I would be extremely careful about using this company. We had a technician to our home to replace a valve in our toilet. We did prior research and knew the value of this part was only around $20. Upon identifying that part as the culprit, the technician explained he had the part and could replace it. He then proceeded to replace it in the wrong bathroom. He again replaced the part in the correct bathroom and charged us $400. My husband was shocked by the cost and didn’t refute it. When he shared the news with me, I contacted their office. The manager let me know he “has to make money” and “marks up prices drastically.” We understood this but explained it wasn’t our fault the initial part was installed in the wrong bathroom. He then told us “he would charge us nothing and to not call them again. Customers like us were a dime a dozen.” This happened only to have the technician text my husband, admitting he “messed up,” and could we just pay for one. I am incredibly disheartened at companies like this that not only take advantage of people but are horrid in the way they treat others. I hope any future customers have a better experience or find a company who deserves good business."
