" We have had carpet installed by other companies, in other homes. Fredericks was by far the best carpet installation we have ever had. In terms of hard surface we choose the wrong product, Florte by Shaw. It began to have problems with lifting within weeks of installation. One call to Fredericks and they were at the house the same day. Nick Frederick spent a lot of time and energy on our behalf with the Shaw company . Shaw wanted to blame the issues on us.
