"I was familiar with Steve Morgan Pressure Washing and Painting from a small job a few years ago and was pleased with the work. This time we had a much bigger project. We had all sidewalks, driveway, cement patio deck, pool cage, garage door, and front exterior of our home pressure washed. They also cleaned our (very hard to reach) gutters. Our house almost looks like it was repainted. Beautiful! We were also contemplating resurfacing our patio, as a lot of it was "chipping up". Steve recommended a different product and a repaint of the surface, quite literally saving us thousands of dollars. The new treatment looks great. If we had a more"disposable" income, I would have liked to have a complete resurface - but Steve's suggestion and quality work was a good solution. I would also like to comment on Steve's sincere concern for fair prices and work ethics. He explained the pros and cons of the type of treatment we had selected for the patio. "Pressure washed with water only.  Had plenty of extensions to reach high places like second story windows and gutters.  Did a pretty good job of removing surface dirt, grime, etc., that would come off with pressurized water only.  However, tore through two screens by spraying too close.  Also could not get some areas clean and blamed the paint.  Don't know if that's true but will seek a company that uses a chemical cleaning solution in the future.

"After speaking with Pete via phone, I explained what I wanted done and he sent me an estimate via email within an hour.
I decided to have Pete clean my roof and gutters.  He showed up on time on the prearranged date and quickly went to work.   He cleaned the gutters first, taking care to clean up residual debris from my patio.
He then used a chlorine based cleaning solution on my shingles.  When Pete had completed the work, he invited me to take a look at the roof.  There was a distinguishable improvement.  I was quite pleased.
