"Although my dryer is still waiting for the part to arrive and for Aslan to install it, I wanted to write a review to say how helpful they have been so far with diagnosing and also customer service. I called on Sunday new Year's eve day after discovering the problem with my dryer and their technician came out that afternoon to diagnose it. I called today (2 days later) to find out the status and they called me right back after leaving a voicemail to advise the part will be in shortly and then installed. I appreciate the prompt service and I'm sure that my dryer will be back up and running soon, thank you!"
