"I needed a huge picture window with 2 sliding side windows. I was overly impressed with the knowledge of Jon who came out to give me a quote and the two men (Juan & Juan) who did the installation. Choosing a window and installer was a nerve-wracking process since the people from the three companies who previously quoted left me wondering if anyone understood the window installation industry. But when Jon came out he immediately answered all my questions, explained the entire window removal and installation process, arranged for the certificate of insurance and the village permit. My windows arrived earlier than anticipated which was great and Mark called me to set up an installation time. I was extremely impressed with how efficiently Juan and Juan coordinated the work between themselves, graciously answered many questions I asked, and completed the job and cleaned everything beautifully way sooner than I anticipated. "In June, 2019, we wanted to have our floors redone in our attic, so my husband and I got in touch with Charles Jones of Nationwide Floor & Window Coverings. Our plan was to make our attic into an office for Reid. Charles, who’d given us an estimate a few years before, was extremely helpful and patient, explaining all our options in carpeting, vinyl or both! In addition, the previous owner installed only part of the subfloor in the attic, so the NFW installers needed to complete the subfloor before we could have carpeting installed. We also asked if they could install baseboards around the perimeter and that was a no problem! After Alex and his assistant completed the new subfloor, on the evening before the carpet installation, I moved a table in the area on the original subfloor to discover that a chunk of the floor was missing and covered by the table stand! I hadn't noticed this before and worried if the carpeting installers could fix this gap. I frantically called Charles, who reassured me he’d have Alex come back the next morning to plug it up. Charles took this last minute surprise in stride and his professional coordination of our project made the entire experience a big success! It’s no longer an attic, it’s a beautiful office space, with our lovely French Toast carpeting! The pricing was very fair. "Jack and his crew did demolition and reporting of my existing patio. They were knowledgeable and in tall improved drainage system for the patio Jack personally repaired some slight damage to a downspout, which damage was very understandable given the circumstances of the job Jack went above and beyond with my project I will recommend him to anyone who needs work done"

"I called Mike after we discovered a leak in a window was not taken care of by installation of a new window. The project was open-ended and required investigation of the source of the leak which wouldn't be determined until the siding was removed. Mike was thorough in his investigation of the problem and up front about pricing being a bit of an unknown and gave me a minimum bid which we agreed to readily. Once the siding was removed the source of the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed. Mike gave us documentation for the window company and advice on how to proceed. He will return to address further outdoor water damage once the rest of the windows have been replaced. Mike is honest, knowledgeable, and capable of handling issues that others couldn't even begin to address. We are grateful for his expertise and guidance and will be using him in the future."

"I can't say enough good words about Peter, Voytek and their crew. We've had a few masonry issues in our building. In two instances, they identified that the cause of leakage was not with the brickwork, but with deteriorated window caulking, or the downspout. We appreciated their honesty. I looked high and low for a company to caulk the exterior of our high third level windows. STAR came through for us. They used a bosun chair to do the job. STAR also repaired and replaced bricks which were in disrepair, on the third level deck. Their workmanship was excellent. Peter and Voytek are very professional and knowledgeable. STAR communicated very clearly with us about their suggestions and plans."
