When a problem arose with several windows, we called Karoly and Jesse Laskowske, Operations Manager, came to my home to inspect and secured the problem. He also directed me how to submit a warranty claim and was instrumental in dealing with the adjuster. When replacement parts arrived, 2 Karoly employees spent 4 hours making the repairs. "Went very well. Larry showed up at 8:30AM as scheduled . Doors were very old, both screws and rollers on doors were odd size. Larry left and returned within an hour with the correct parts. He and his co-worker cleaned the slider rails and replaced the rollers. Doors now slide good as new."

"This review is for work performed approximately 3/17. I wrote the review and did not submit it properly. My advice is instead of replacing/upgrading your home windows just move. I believe American Window does not have the capability/expertise/employees to handle large projects such as mine. They are probably ok to use if you need 1-2 windows or a door that’s not too complicated. Project cost was $30K+ and was a complete nightmare from the start. The salesman lost the $10k deposit check which should have been a sign to find someone else. The 3-4 day project took several months due order mistakes, improper measuring, poor installation and manufacturing defects which required ordering new windows. To this day 1 door is still not right and it irritates me every time I look at it. My mistake for paying in full before things were corrected. I contacted the owner several times for resolution but received nothing but excuses. I usually research contractors in detail when planning a home improvement project but this time I failed. Don’t be me. I learned a great deal from this project and I hope my review helps others avoid a similar fate."

"Wish I would've hired Green Energy Spray Foam Insulation years ago for my home insulation needs as they went above and beyond exceeding my expectations! Our house get too cold during the winter, and hot as an oven during the summer. We called Green Energy Spray Foam Insulation. I spoke with Camille and explained the situation. I was interested in having the walls and attic insulated. Next Day, Mr. Touma arrived and very straight forward with what needed to be done. No up-selling or hidden costs, and even assured attic insulation alone would satisfy my needs sparing me the extra cost of wall insulation! This company put in time and effort and accomplished outstanding results as the temperateness in the house felt wonderful allowing us to sleep much more comfortably. "This job was done in February 2017. I just discovered I never finished writing the review. So here it is 3 years later. First, doing this review now lets me tell you that our new metal roof made it through Hurricane Michael with flying colors. We had other storm damage ($25,000 worth) but the roof did fine. The job was done on schedule though interrupted by two afternoon heavy rain events. First class installation by a team that showed up on-time each morning, worked hard and got along well together. They were proud of their work and and cleaned up the site when done even using a magnetic sweeper to lift any roofing nails that might have fallen. The roof we chose was white which made our house really stand out over the gray siding and white trim. Moreover, our HVAC bills were lowered (I track it). Last, I want to tell you that Guyson are more than just roofers after your money. They are fine local people. Recently, my 94 year-old neighbor climbed on his roof to do some repairs. He fell off the roof onto a concrete pad and spent 5 days in intensive care. 20-some staples in his head, boot on his left leg and badly bruised ribs but super lucky to be alive. Needless to say, he's not going to get on the roof anytime soon. I get "the cat claws" when I'm on a pitched roof. So I called Guyson and when they heard the story they came out and looked at the job. Although they are swamped and this is a small job they're gonna do finish the repair anyway. God love 'em. BTW, my neighbor's fall is how I found out I never finished this review I started in 2017."
