"We just had our pergola/carport done by Larocca. Russ was our contact and Sergio the installer professional sent. My husband and I are extremely happy on the final work, and how fast and smooth everything was done. Totally recommend!"

"I live in Palmaire and was selling my place but my front door needed to be painted and thankfully someone in my building told me about an add posted on our bulletin board to have my front door painted. After speaking with Helen though she was super busy she made the time to come and paint my door on the weekend. I was so pleased that she fit me in and did a great job on my door. Thank so much Helen you’re the best! Would definitely recommend her and hire her again."

"When we first called Carl for a garage shelving estimate, he said he was in the area and would be by within an hour. We talked with him about what we'd like to have built and where we'd like it. He completely understood our needs, asked some intelligent questions, gave some valuable advice, and gave a good estimate for labor costs. He'd buy and bring the material to do the job and provide us with the receipt so we could reimburse him. We set a date for the next week. He arrived on time along with his adult son and all the materials he had bought for us plus all of his work gear. They set to work unloading our garage shelves (most of which were already containerized and boxed) into the middle of the garage floor. They worked very hard and very smart. The shelving was done perfectly on all three sides of the garage exactly like we had requested. They loaded our new shelves back up exactly where we wanted things and left some for us to do on our own at our request. They were very courteous, kind, efficient, and did an outstanding job. We've already asked Carl to come back and do some work for the interior of our home.

"We hired Earth Effects to redo the landscaping in our backyard. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. We told him what we would like done and the budget we had to work with and he came up with a plan that we were happy with. The job was done quickly and the end result was exactly what we were wanting. We found the pricing to be very fair and Jerry was excellent about communicating with us through the process. Since then we also use his company several times a year to do a yard cleanup and fertilization. I would highly recommend Earth Effects and we will continue to use them for all of our landscaping needs."

"J&J Popular Painting were great! Fantastic work, prompt service, excellent customer service."

"Dave is the best! He is directly involved in the intallation process from start to finish. This is his business so he is hands on from the get go. He is a knowledgable, personable, and hard working person who cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. He was very patient with me and answering all of my questions and explained the installation process in detail ahead of time so there were no surprises. My floors look beautiful and are a reflection of Dave's solid old school values of craftsmanship and customer service. He provides top notch service at great prices. I am so happy I found Dave Card to replace my old carpets and put down beautiful new vinyl flooring in my 3 rooms. It's nice to know there are still honest people out there who take great pride in their work and care about their customers. Thanks so much, Dave!"

"Tom Balsamo showed up on time.  He is a wonderful handyman.  He fixed everything on my list which included installing towel racks (two) moving or installing safety bars to better spots, fixed a wall where it had been torn out.  He changed lights in our 17 foot ceiling. He also repaired a ceiling light that had been taken down to be cleaned and with it's many parts,  he put it all back up.
I highly recommend Tom, (The Master Handyman) and plan to use him in the future as needed.

"Dan is very professional, very concerned with providing great customer service and satisfaction. He knows what he is doing and does a good job. My only concern is the amount of time that it took to do the job, from 45 min to 1 hour per shelf. His rate is $40 per hour and i think it is fair, but i wished he was a bit more expedited. He offers discounts if customer does not think the final price is fair... I guess this happens especially if it is a job that requires many hours. He spent two full days in my house.... Only half the shelves are installed. Two shelves he installed were not leveled so he had to redo them and did not fix the holes on the walls... But he was going to come back, so i didnt think it was a big deal. I communicated to him my concern around the amount of time that he takes, both for the money and my own time! since i need to take days off of work to be at home to do this work...and he was willing to work with me, and we reached an agreement. Minutes later, he contacted me to complain that a bank, different than my bank, didnt want to cash my second check for him, and that having to go to a check cashing store was a game changer for him. I asked how much was the fee, but he never told me. I didnt know how to help him and didnt understand exactly where he was going with that sudden complain. The truth is that i have been with the same bank for 20 years and this is the first time that soemone complains about not being able to cash a check. He should have gone to a Space Coast Credit Union branch, there are 8 in Broward County. This is unrelated to the actual service he provides, but certainly, it is an aggravation and given that i am not satisfied with the speed or price for his work, then i decided to cancel the appointments we had set for next week.
