"EXCELLENT!! Our air went out on 6/28 and temps in our home hit 91. It was unbearable for us and our 4 chihuahuas. We have a home warranty contract and Fuss Free was to be the service provider. We were concerned that with this heat and an upcoming holiday they might be really busy and we may have to wait for days for service (very understandable). We purchased room size window ACs just in case. But we didn’t need them. The technician arrived today and we have working AC! The technician was so personable and fixed our AC really quick. "Overall installation went really well. Karl constantly shows ingenuity on any project he works on. He seems to be able to look at a picture and easily re-create it. For example: I handed him 2 newel posts a 8 foot piece of base molding, an 8 foot 5" wide piece of MDF, some bead board, a side panel and a base kitchen cabinet... and he built a beautiful kitchen island. Bottom line- you give him the materials and the idea and he will bring it to life. On top of everything else, Karl is sincere, honest and shows up as promised. He is definitely the exception among your usual lot of South Florida contractors.

"Well first I should say that I quoted out this job for a while before I finally made a decision to move forward with JB Marble. Although they were the least expensive quote, that was not why I chose them, I chose them because Jean was very in tune with the issues i was having with my travertine floor had and was very informative on how the repairs would need to be made. The other companies just came in measured my floor and gave me a quote, no communication. Jean and his crew were very careful when they relocated my furniture and well protected items they could not move (kitchen cabinets & walls). Jean even provided me with tips to maintain my floors longer. I would highly recommend and use them again. They were prompt everyday and although it took them a little longer to finish then he expected due to the amount of work needing to be done, he did not charge anything additional."

"Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.
