"I was away when my neighbor called to inform me that the main water line to my house was leaking. He turned the water off and I called Admiral. In addition to fixing the leak, I had them replace the entire unit. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, competent and professional. They were prompt and kept to the time line promised. I was notified when the technician was on the way and called when he arrived at my house. He explained the repair and my cost options. Pictures, before and after, we re sent. I was more than happy with the results and the service received. I hope I won t require plumbing service in the future, but if I do, Admiral will be my call. "We dealt directly with Steve. He 100% knows what he's doing. The city hires him for all kinds of things. We checked out quite a few competitors for water softener prices. Really no comparison. We ended up buying a water softener on Craig's List and then purchased the whole house filtration. Steve exceeded our expectations on the installation. YES I would use him again. Very knowledgable and competitive pricing."
