"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"Cannot rave enough about Christian and the West Bay team!! I was a little nervous about solar, we had spoken with a few other companies beforehand and didn’t have the best of experiences. The pump for my lawn irrigation system was running but no water was being pumped to the system.  I phoned Progressive Pump and Irrigation Company and Jennifer took my name and phone number with a promise to call back to schedule a service call.  When she called back and appointment was set for the next day at a specified time.  The technician, Justin, arrived within a few minutes of the appointment time and did a quick check of the system.  As with many plumbing situations you don't know the extent of the problem until you actually begin the work.  Justin wrote out a quote for what he believed would repair the problem and said if I agreed with the price I should contact the office and set a day and time for the work to be done.  Again, Justin arrived at the time agreed upon and began troubleshooting the problem.  He spent the better part of two days eliminating each possible cause of the malfunction.  He flushed lines, primed the pump, dug up the check valve, primed the pump some more and replaced the index valve.  When he took apart the pump motor there were two partial metal rings wedged under the impeller.  A new pump, with a better base and some new piping from the well to the pump, more priming and finally a working system.  He was not about to be bested by an irrigation system.  He did not give up until the problems were solved.  It was definitely a multi-malfunction repair job.  Thanks to his "never-give-up" work ethic the job is done.

"Joesph Grimaldi Plumbing was very good. I'd recommend him to anybody. I got them from Angie's List and he is excellent. He's courteous, did an excellent job and very clean. If I have a need for a plumber again, he's the one. They need to hire him, they couldn't get a better plumber. I'd recommend him highly and he;s going to be my plumber from now on. He put a new thing in the toilet tank that lets the water in and then when you pull a chain, the water goes out and it refills again, he had to replace that. He's not only very knowledgeable and good but he's clean as could be. From 1-10, he's 10. He came in the afternoon because he had a job in the morning but as soon as he's finished he came. I called him in the morning, he answered the phone and he said, I have a previous job this morning and when I finish, I'll call you and come, that's exactly what he did. When he said he was coming he came. I recommended him to neighbors. Most of the workman here are rip-off people but he is different. He is compassionate, he was everything. His price is excellent."
