"Great Company, very knowledgeable and efficient employees. Would call them again for any additional work when needed."

"Steve and his team were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. From the initial evaluation, Steve was honest about my system. He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage. I cannot recommend Steve and the team at Filtration Direct enough for any issue you maybe having with your water. His team is honest, respectable and very professional. Not to mention the work they did was top notch. Thank You"

"After having Florida Leak Locators come out and patch our pool over the last few years, we decided to go ahead and take care of the overall problem. This happened to be mostly our skimmer and some areas of grout. They were kind enough to take the amount that we had spent on patches with them and put it towards the overall bill for repair. They were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks, which considering the items they had to do would take a whole day, that's pretty good scheduling. They sent out Angel who was there promptly on time early in the morning. The work was done in timely fashion and as a added bonus, he found some of the work didn't need to be done and instead of still charging the same, they reduced the bill some amount to compensate. That's the sign of a good company. I recommended them before for any leak detection and now I can recommend them for pool leak repairs. I would use them again, but hope i don't have to :)"

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"Christian showed up promptly to review our installation and to confirm they had a filtration system that would work for us. He was able to offer discounted pricing and next day installation! Super friendly, super professional and super helpful!"

"Davide was outstanding in every regard. He politely advised me that he'd be running a few minutes late, was prepared to do the work when he arrived and took time talking to me about exactly how I wanted the towel rack to look and what my options were. He hung it perfectly, even installing a washer so it wouldn't wobble on the wall. He took the door hinges off and spent quite a bit of time trying to repair them so that the door would close properly. After much effort, he advised me that at least one of the hinges was in disrepair and needed to be replaced. He explained what my husband needed to purchase and how to ensure a proper fit on the door. I am extremely pleased with his work and his pleasant demeanor. I would not hesitate to hire him again, and I highly recommend him to those that need handyman work performed."

"We both a new house and one of the bathtubs was a little rough looking. They came in and worked all day and the tub looks amazing! It's cheaper than buying a new tub but it looks like a new tub!"

"I received an estimate from Thomas to find and repair all my irrigation, (which was not working and some not visible), install a new control unit, and overhaul my existing landscaping. His brother Chris took over the job later than planned, and installed plastic edging, some new plants and pine bark to my existing landscaping and repaired and eventually found all my irrigation and repaired it. There were some issues and it was a rather tedious process. I was over promised and they under delivered as I paid for what was quoted to actually do more work, yet I told them they didn't have to do edging and pine bark down to my barn but still paid the whole amount because they replaced a lot of heads on my irrigation. There was poor communication from the start and I felt as if there were some issues within the company that were causing big conflicts with the job. I tried very hard to be understanding and in the end even wrote them a check for an extra $200. They started the work on Feb. 18th and finished the work March 21st. Whatever issues the company is going through in the end I am still the customer and I hired them according the the bid I received for the work I was told would be done. I am now satisfied with the work, and throughout the whole ordeal the workers were always nice and polite. I just wish it wouldn?t have taken over a month to get it right. From reading all the reviews prior to hiring them, it seems as if this job was exceptionally troublesome for them but it?s all done now, and in the end I am happy they came back and corrected all the issues."

"They responded to my call within less than 2 hours and came out the following day as scheduled.  It went GREAT!  He came on time.  It was a small job as the extractor only needed tightening.  Whoever put it in didn't tighten the neck completely which is what caused leaking.  He was a professional, left everything clean.  I highly recommend!
