"Hired Mike to remodel my kitchen, hang new cabinets with lights under them, lay hardwood floors, baseboards, and other work. After over a year the job is still not done and the deficiencies have not been fixed, despite his promises. The floors were not installed or secured correctly and the edges and sides stick up higher then the other boards and they pop when you step on them. The floorboards do not reach to the center island and there is a noticeable large gap between the floor and center island . The light fixtures were not connected and he left the wires just hanging under the cabinets. The crown molding was installed off center and not evenly connected. despite numerous promises the job is still not done or corrected despite him being paid over $15,000. Worse job and contractor I have ever hired."

"These guys are awesome!! Don’t let the name fool you. They do much more than outdoor kitchens (interior renovations, pool renovations, landscape lighting, etc.). But they did a fantastic job at transforming my old outdoor kitchen. I contacted at least 7 companies about renovating my 20 year old outdoor kitchen. Two never returned the contact. One told me unless I had $XX,XXX to spend on stone alone they were not interested. I told them no problem but they never returned the call. I read reviews on Stone Outdoor Kitchen and one said that the owner (Pedro) said “We will make it happen.” when they ran into a challenging situation. The same happened to me and I heard those same words – and they made it happen!. If you want an honest, flexible, competitive, and very talented team to work on your project, I highly recommend you give them a call. They will make it happen!!!"

She helped navigate the insurance claim system assisting in the release of funds. I cannot say enough kind words about Mike. He provided professional oversight, and handled all unforeseen issues immediately. His ability to communicate schedules and potential issues alleviated any stress during the remodeling. Great team and great service!"

"Was told the project would take 5 - 6 weeks when contract signed on July 23. Was October 12th before we had the work completed. Over 10 weeks without a kitchen (appliances, sink, water). VERY poor communication. I was NEVER called and told that something wasn't being done - I found out when I got home and learned no one had showed up to finish work committed to and called to get information. Not good at clean-up."

"I hired Elite Home Paint to repaint my cabinets. Unfortunately my cabinet doors were in very bad shape, as they were partially sanded down and also had paint stripper poorly applied. As I'm a very black and white person, I reached out to Ariel and sent him photos of the doors, and he said he could do the service. When he got at my house with his crew, they saw the doors, and the service was still confirmed to be possible, even though the quality of the doors were bad. They got to it, and when I got home from work that morning (I work nights, so didn’t see the job completed until the next day), I was very disappointed. They didn’t completely sand down the doors or drawers, so all the marks that were on the units showed up on the paint, very poorly. When I contacted Ariel, he blamed the parts on being damaged and that no one would have done the service for the price he did. I explained to him that at no moment, he told me that the condition would have impacted the end product, as I thought he would properly sand and DIDN’T! As I continued to inspect the unit, I found multiple spots with paint drips, parts completely poorly painted, still white (I painted my cabinets black btw). I tried contacting Ariel to try to settle this peacefully and he basically told me the job was done, and BLOCKED my phone number (I know this because when I call it goes directly to voice mail, and when I use a friends phone, he picked up. Sent a msg through Facebook as well and completely ignored. I would leave it alone if it were just the spots of the poor sanding, but all the white spots is completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor service, definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this company."
