After discussing replacement options, I decided to go with his suggestion -- he took care of the ordering and we scheduled date/time to remove/install the opener. Pricing was agreeable and installation went very well. Will call on Kris again, when needed."

"Precision Door Service came to my home six months ago to repair my then existing garage door and fixed a broken spring. At that time, the garage door technician informed me that my garage door motor was "on its last legs". He gave me the option at that time to either repair or replace the garage door. For financial reasons at that particular time, I decided on the repair. In hindsight, I wish that I had just replaced the garage door as just six months later, my motor did indeed stop working.
I subsequently called Precision Door Service to return to my home to give me a formal quote on a new garage door with opener and motor. The salesperson showed me new doors that would fit my needs and yet be unique in comparison to my neighbor's garage doors. I really was pleased with this information and was able to choose one of the options that I really liked. The quote also included decorative hardware which added such a wonderful look to the exterior of the door and added also great curb appeal. I placed a deposit with the company after being informed that the delivery estimate would be approximately two weeks. Sure enough, at the end of two weeks I received a phone call stating that my door was available for installation. Arranging the time for installation was a breeze and Precision Door Service was compliant with my time constraints. The installation took approximately three and a half hours to install, and I was so impressed and amazed by this timely manner. The installer took the time to instruct me on how the garage door functioned and also the type of maintenance required to keep this brand new door running smoothly and seamlessly.
The greatest thing about this experience is that I received a lifetime warranty on my garage door and garage door motor. Once again, I highly recommend Precision Door Service for you, your family and your friends.

"At first, I called the wrong company by mistake - the wrong company serviceman opened the gate motor enclosure, told me that I might have to either fix the printed circuit board, or replace it, quoting $500 or $900 for a replacement board. After he left, I found the invoice for my installation (done 14 months ago) from the right company, Metal Garage Doors, and called them. They said they would honor their warranty, and they wondered how someone else would charge me $900 for a pc board that costs less than $500. David is honorable, the company does great work, and they stand by their work. I recommend them to everyone who needs garage door services - don't just search on the internet and hire anybody. Hire these guys!"
