He came to our about a month ago, inspected our water heater, told us what needed to be done, explained everything including about updating our inlet water with a pressure regulator and new shut off valve. Sent me a quote with all repairs and items required. After a month, we had him do the job and had the same quote. Everything completed and explained and did how I wanted installed.
